Sign the DR 2175 Power of Attorney naming me, and once it is notarized I can handle your DMV submission on your behalf.
Option B · Someone you trust acts for you
Need a family member or friend to handle the DMV for you, or are you acting for someone else? I can notarize the DR 2175 so the person named can act on the owner's behalf.

Added to the base or mobile fee. Apply to appointments scheduled outside regular hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM).
Same-day service requires everything before 12 PM and depends on my availability.
I work by appointment only. I confirm your total in writing before the appointment.
100% upfront: cash, Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer (ACH), or card (credit card payments have a 2% processing surcharge; debit cards have none). Notice required by Colorado: To cover the cost of processing a credit or charge card transaction, and pursuant to section 5-2-212, Colorado Revised Statutes, a seller or lessor may impose a processing surcharge in an amount not to exceed 2% of the total payment made for goods or services purchased or leased by use of a credit or charge card. A seller or lessor shall not impose a processing surcharge on payments made by use of cash, a check, or a debit card or redemption of a gift card.
Cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice and what you paid stays on your account as credit (it doesn’t expire). With less notice, or a no-show, I keep the deposit shown on your invoice (usually the mobile fee) and the rest is credit. If I cancel, you get a full refund.
If I arrive for a scheduled mobile appointment but the signing cannot proceed (for example, due to missing identification or absent signers), the Mobile & Convenience Fee is non-refundable because it covers my time and travel.
Tell me which package you need and I will confirm your total in writing before your appointment.
