Yes. A vehicle owner can authorize another person to handle title and registration transactions with Colorado form DR 2175, Power of Attorney for Motor Vehicle Only. The owner signs it before a notary, and it expires on the date written on the form. With a notarized DR 2175 naming me, I submit your documents in person at the DMV. My standard proxy package typically totals $95–$165. You decide which forms to file; I don't give legal advice.

Are your certified Spanish translations accepted by USCIS?

Each translation includes my signed certificate stating it is complete and accurate and that I am competent to translate Spanish to English, which is the format USCIS requests. The receiving agency always makes the final decision. Pricing: $30 first page, $25 each additional page.

Which areas do you serve?

The Denver Metro area from Loveland to Castle Rock: Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Jefferson and Douglas counties, plus Broomfield and Longmont. I travel farther for a quoted fee, and bonded title prep is available remotely statewide.

How much does a notary public cost in Colorado?

Colorado caps the in-person notary fee at $15 per notarization. I charge $15, or $10 at a Community Hub. A mobile visit adds a travel fee (from $20) that is not set by state law and is always quoted in writing before the appointment.
